Amenities at Maple Ridge of Plover Memory Care include:

  • High staff to resident ratios, including awake-care overnight staff
  • Alarmed door system for residents who are at risk for wandering
  • Fenced-in courtyard to allow for safe, physical, outdoor activity
  • Specialized activity program featuring physical and cognitive activities designed for individuals with dementia
  • Full-time Activity Director trained through the Alzheimer’s Association
  • Home-like environment in which resident participation and feedback are encouraged
  • Large grounds and walking paths within a quiet, residential neighborhood
  • Outdoor patios and planters
  • Comfortable community areas and dining room
  • Home made food and snacks prepared by a full-time cook
  • TV cable and phone hook up in each room
  • Private room and half-bath for each resident

  • Ongoing communication between staff and residents’ family, attorney, physician, legal representative and case manager, as applicable
  • Health monitoring by nursing staff, 24-hour on-call staff and consultation with physician medical director
  • Assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence, hygiene, and ambulation
  • Assistance with laundry, housekeeping, shopping and making phone calls
  • Base rate includes room, board, care and supervision
  • Additional care assessment fees associated with specialized needs, such as diabetic care, incontinence, nursing procedures and skilled health monitoring
  • No admission fee or security deposit
  • County funding is accepted
  • Resident privately pays for personal belongings and amenities, such as in-room cable TV, phone, beautician services and nail care
